You may use KnockTrace only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@knocktrace.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

KnockTrace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnockTrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
